"The first thing we set out to build; is your trust" Our mission is to be fair and honest in our business; and to continue to stay passionate about the quality of our products and services. We use honest standards when measuring length, weight, quantity and time in our products and services. Our company culture is extremely important to us, we value the trust from our clientele, but we also value the trust in each other as a team.
Our History
I worked on a crew doing siding for 15 years, along with other trades in the industry. I desired to do more than just siding and recognized my talent in other trades.
Near the end of 2020, I pursued getting my
Utah General Contractors license.
I started my company SPLH Construction in January 2021,
I worked solo my first year in business.
My second year in business, I worked with my wife
doing siding and remodels.
She decided that motherhood is a once in a lifetime gift.
She wanted to be a stay-at-home mom, and I wanted that for her, and our two kids.
It was at this point, where I realized I needed a team
and I began to hire.
As of 2025, I am continuing to expand and explore more trades. As my company grows, my gratitude grows. My whole focus is to this purpose and honoring God for all of his glory.
We're incredibly blessed to be waking up every day to
a jobsite like ours its nature is a sacred place.

The work that we do:
New Construction
SPLH Construction, works closely with Scandinavian to help manage various projects in their Eden, Utah location. We value our working relationship with this builder and encourage you to learn more about their unique home designs.
Metal Siding, Roofing, & Buildings
We work with alot of metal. Metal roofing, siding and metal buildings. We bend some of our own metal onsite, and work with our suppliers to deliver on promise.
Exterior Soffit, Fascia, Gutters
We do a variety of types of soffit and fascia including; Aluminum, Steel, and Wood. We can bend our aluminum and steel on-site. We do some gutters although sub-out majority.
Wood Siding& LP Smartside
The only types of siding that we offer are wood or metal siding, including aluminum fast plank, or LP smartside.
EPDM, Waterproofing
EPDM, Waterproofing
We are committed to building a sustainable product. We ensure that every deck is properly waterproofed with EPDM, and built in drainage systems are created.
Decks & Railings

We work closely with our clients to design custom deck projects, we use Timber Tech composite decking, with built in drainage systems.
Closets & Storage
We can customize any closet, storage, or pantry to fit your lifestyle needs.
*We do NOT build anything using particle board.
Paint
We used to do a lot of interior and exterior painting. Mostly in the year that I worked with my wife. This helped us to improve our quality and to hone in on our skill. At this point , we don't specialize in paint outside of personal projects. We have a professional painting crew that we work closely with to deliver on our promise.
Interior Doors, Windows & Finish Trim
We can design and build custom barn doors, install all interior / exterior doors, and windows. Including all interior and exterior finish trim.
Accent Walls & Ceilings
We specialize in making your home unique to your style. With customized accent walls, tray ceilings, and more.
