SPLH Construction, works closely with Scandinavian to help manage various projects in their Eden, Utah location.  We value our working relationship with this builder and encourage you to learn more about their home designs. 

We bend all of our own custom metal work for metal; roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, chimney caps, and more. We offer custom metal bends to other roofing companies, or homeowners.  

We offer a variety of soffit and fascia including;  Steel, and Wood and aluminum. We can bend our aluminum and steel on-site. We do some gutters although sub-out majority.

We only offer steel, or wood siding. In some climate areas we offer LP smartside. Specialize in custom metal work. 

We are committed to building a sustainable product. We ensure that every deck is properly waterproofed with EPDM, and built in drainage systems are created. 

We work closely with our clients to design custom deck projects, we use Timber Tech composite decking, with built in drainage systems. 

We specialize in making your home unique to your style. With customized accent walls, tray ceilings, and more.

We build all our own custom cabinetry.  And customize to fit your space. 

We can design and build custom barn doors, install all interior / exterior doors, and windows. Including all interior and exterior finish trim. 

In my daughters nursery; I designed and built the crib, dresser, changing table, accent wall, and 

T & G ceiling.
